Room Rentals

We have a number rooms and spaces, including a commercial kitchen, for rent by the hour. All rental rooms are wheelchair accessible.

Additional charges: (applicable to any room rental)

$35 Reservation/open-close fee (NON-REFUNDABLE)
$50 Monitor fee (for 1-3 hours). Over 3 hours, $10/hour
$300 Damage/cleaning deposit.

Multi-purpose Room

Size: 32'x73' $50/hr. On second floor - very easy access by elevator & stairs. Comes with a large number of tables & chairs. Has a 'pass-thru' to kitchen.

Inez Burt Kitchen

Size: 22'x23' $35/hr. On second floor - easy access by elevator & stairs. 4 burner & griddle top stove with 2 ovens. 4 bay warming server. Commercial dishwasher. 'Pass-thru' to Main Hall.

Nucor Room

Size: 27'x16' $30/hr. On second floor - easy access by elevator & stairs. Has an overhead LCD projector with DVD and computer connections & screen.

Nelson Room

Size: 23'x15' $30/hr. On second floor - easy access by elevator & stairs. Has a 23 inch TV with equipment to play your CD/DVD's & video cassette tapes.

Alhadeff Room

Size: 31'x18' $30/hr. Ground floor-access through rear alley/backdoor and main Senior Center door.

California Room

Size: 40'x14' $30/hr. On ground floor - entrance from 4502 California SW. Has a 23 inch TV with equipment to play your CD/DVD's & video cassette tapes.

Coffee Bar

Size: 23'x 24' $30/hr. On second floor - easy access by elevator & stairs. 7 tables, 24 chairs. Microwave, coffee maker, oven, sink, small refrigerator.
