Getting the Most out of your doctor visits. Debi Quirk, a private RN patient advocate will teach you ways to make your healthcare provider visits less frustrating and more informative. She will share how to ask the right questions, help you improve communication, and use tools to help you to answer your healthcare provider’s questions quickly and easily—no more forgetting! It is time to be in charge of your healthcare!

The PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model of care keeps older adults as healthy as possible in the community by providing comprehensive healthcare and social services, including:
- Primary and Specialty Medical Care (including Dental and Vision)
- Day Health Program
- Prescription Medications
- Physical and Occupational Therapy
- Social Work Services
In-Home Care (Chore Services & Personal Care Services) Transportation is provided for participants to Providence ElderPlace. Some care services can be provided in the participant’s home.
Eligible participants are on Medicaid, Medicare, or pay privately. For more information, visit our website at
